As Director of Marketing, Miss Childs is responsible for organizing and implementing marketing programs for Paran Management Company and its properties. In addition, she acts as liaison between management and communities served by Paran.

Miss Childs has served as the Assistant Marketing Director, Leasing Administrator and Assistant Property Manager for Paran Management prior to her position as the Director of Marketing. Miss Childs received a BA in Interpersonal Communications from Kent State University.
