Barry Lefko serves as the Director of Multi-Family, responsible for the asset management of Waldorf Towers in Cleveland Heights, University Commons in Cleveland, Findlay Gardens and Greenbrier Apartments in Findlay, Ohio.

Before returning to the Cleveland area, Mr. Lefko served as ownership representative for the principals of a New York City–based, privately-held real estate investment group, with a substantial portfolio of properties across the United States and overseas.  In this capacity, he oversaw the management and leasing of more than two million square feet of commercial office and retail space in midtown Manhattan.  Barry received a BA in History and an MS in Real Estate from New York University.
