As a member of Paran’s Shopping Center Division, Mr. Forman specializes in all facets of the commercial real estate arena, such as leasing, sales, acquisitions, land assemblage and general brokerage. Howard has eighteen years of commercial real estate experience, the first twelve in Dallas, TX and then in Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated from Ohio State University in 1982 with a BS/BA in accounting, continuing on to obtain his CPA degree in 1985.
