Joseph Del Balso

As Director of Leasing, Mr. Del Balso oversees Paran’s retail shopping center portfolio. His responsibilities also include, retail site selection and analysis, retail leasing and lease negotiations. 

In 1998 Mr. Del Balso graduated from Cleveland State University with a B.A. in Marketing and in 1999 he joined Paran. Prior to joining Paran, he was self employed in the retail printing industry which contributed towards his knowledge of tenants and understanding their needs. His commitment to strong landlord-tenant relations is critical to tenant service and retention.
