Mr. Niksa serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for Paran Management Company, Ltd. He has been instrumental in the acquisition of 16 shopping centers, 3 apartment buildings and one hotel since joining Paran in April of 1985. He has negotiated and closed over 80 million dollars in loans with various lenders, initiate yearly cash consolidation systems, and negotiated significant savings in insurance and real estate taxes while administering to the growth of Paran.
Mr. Niksa has a well-rounded background in finance and accounting, including positions as senior financial manager for several Cleveland companies and as an Examiner for the Federal Reserve Board.
In 1972, Mr. Niksa received his B.B.A. degree in Finance from Kent State University. He earned the professional designation of Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in 1984 from the National Association of Accountants.
